For Meta users

If you interacted with a business through Facebook Messenger or Instagram and want your data deleted from AI DZAMIA, contact that business directly or email bionika2023@gmail.com with the page/account and approximate message date.

For Meta automated requests

Meta can send signed user data deletion callbacks to:

/meta/data-deletion

The endpoint verifies the signed request, records a deletion confirmation code, performs known data deletion for the supplied Meta user id, and returns the confirmation URL expected by Meta.

Business channel disconnect

Businesses can also disconnect Facebook or Instagram channels from AI DZAMIA Settings. Disconnecting removes the stored channel access token and stops the channel from being used until it is connected again.
